Position : Accounts Payable / Bookkeeper

Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST

Salary Range : 1,600-1,800 USD Monthly 

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all transactions. This role involves full oversight of QuickBooks, general ledger management, and AR/AP processing, as well as daily financial reporting and tax preparation. You will also handle weekly invoicing via Clio, manage client financial requests, and support bookkeeping for our nonprofit arm. Working closely with key team members, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) management, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Budgeting
• Customer Service
• Reconciling

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an Accountant position where you handled the financials strictly on your own and were dedicated to 100% accuracy
• 2 years of full management of QuickBooks
• 2+ years of experience in GAAP Accounting
• Reconciliation experience
• Exceptional attention to detail—you’ll track down every discrepancy and ensure our books are spotless.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and ensure every transaction is categorized correctly (e.g., separating software, marketing, and hardware expenses).
