The Acute Care Trauma Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Emergency Services with responsibilities that include staff scheduling, collaboration with physicians regarding monthly education, updating and maintaining trauma logs, preparing and delivering monthly and yearly reports, planning and coordinating the overall function of the trauma program and committee, assisting with management and updating of policies and procedures, participating in local and regional trauma committees and training, and promoting a positive work environment. Individuals earning quick interviews will be a licensed RN in the state of New York (or eligible) and have experience in trauma/emergency medicine.
