Main Duties and Responsibilities System Maintenance and Management Responsible for the daily maintenance and monitoring of the backend system, including servers, databases, applications, etc. Regular system updates and upgrades to ensure system stability and security. Handle system failures and abnormalities in a timely manner to ensure business continuity. Data Management and Security Responsible for backup, recovery and security management of backend data to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Conduct regular cleaning and optimization of data to improve system performance. Cooperate with other departments in data migration and integration. Permission management and user support Manage background user rights to ensure that different users have appropriate access and operation rights. Provide technical support and answer questions for users, and solve problems encountered by users in the process of using the system. Collect user feedback and optimize the operation experience of the background system. System optimization and improvement Analyze the performance bottlenecks of the background system, propose optimization solutions and implement them. Pay attention to industry dynamics and technology development, and introduce new technologies to improve system performance. Participate in the requirement analysis and design of the backend system, and provide suggestions for the continuous improvement of the system. Documentation and Training Write operation manuals, maintenance guides and other related documents for the back-office system. Train new employees on the operation of the back-office system to ensure that they can get started quickly. Collaboration with other departments Maintain close communication with product, R&D, operation and other departments to understand business needs and provide technical support. Participate in cross-departmental projects and assist in completing the backend system related work in the projects.
