We are seeking a highly skilled and organized  Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful execution of roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial roofing systems, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects on time and within budget.

The Roofing Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all projects meet quality standards and are completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Coordination :

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.
• Ensure all project materials, labor, and equipment are available and delivered on time.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules in coordination with the estimating team.
• Oversee all phases of commercial roofing projects, from planning and design to completion.

Team Management :

• Designating material staging areas.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and safety.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is performed to specifications and schedules.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including roofing crews, subcontractors, and other field staff.

Client Relations & Communication :

• Conduct post-construction inspections, create punch lists, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as clients' primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget & Cost Management :

• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management.
• Track expenses and manage change orders to avoid budget overruns.
• Monitor project costs and ensure projects are completed within budget.

Safety Compliance :

• Address any safety concerns immediately to minimize risks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Quality Control :

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing projects to ensure work meets design and manufacturer specifications.
• Oversee all roofing project quality control aspects to ensure high standards are met.

Documentation & Reporting :

• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including regular use of the company's CRM.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience :

• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proven experience managing large-scale roofing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management or a similar role within the construction industry.

Skills & Abilities :

• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and construction codes.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and on construction sites.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops as needed for inspections and project oversight.
