In this role, you’ll work closely with our Executive Marketing Manager and participate in a comprehensive training program, which includes:

• Basic Marketing Strategy: Learn the fundamentals of creating effective campaigns.
• Direct Advertising Techniques: Engage customers and achieve impactful results.
• Promotional Tactics & Visual Merchandising: Boost brand presence and visibility.
• Consumer Market Research: Analyze target audiences and develop tailored strategies.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
• Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives using innovative techniques.
• Address customer needs with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing .
• Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador team to strategize and manage campaigns.
• Engage directly with customers to provide personalized solutions.
• Generate leads, build client bases, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist senior marketing staff with client projects and special initiatives.

• A 2- or 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
