Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• Two or more years experience in a similar role
• Good past tenure
• Great attitude and the hospitality gene
• Must be able to maintain high food quality and service

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities: 

• Hire, train, and maintain a great staff
• Deliver great food and service to our guests
• Control costs through operational excellence
• Build sales by focusing on the guest experience
