• Expert Consultations: Advise customers on financing options, including loans, leases, and aftermarket products, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

• Build Strong Lender Relationships: Maintain and expand relationships with lending institutions to ensure competitive financing programs and terms for customers.

• Lead with Integrity: Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards while maintaining ethical business practices.

• Optimize Dealership Profitability: Maximize profitability while delivering superior customer satisfaction through exceptional financing solutions and effective management of the department.

• Mentor and Train: Lead by example, sharing best practices with the sales team and finance department to foster growth and improvement.

We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: 3+ years as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar leadership role in automotive finance.

• Advanced Expertise: In-depth knowledge of auto finance programs, OEM financing, loan structures, insurance products, and regulatory compliance.

• Relationship Building: Strong ability to cultivate relationships with lenders, customers, and internal teams, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills.

• Results-Oriented: A track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and financial targets in an automotive finance environment.

• Outstanding Communication: Superior interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with finance-related software and systems to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
