**Insurance Sales / Licensed Sales Producer**

**Compensation:** Hourly Wage + Commission
**Employment Type:** Full-time preferred; Part-time considered; Work from home/Remote considered

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Property & Casualty (P&C) licensed sales producer to join our dynamic team. Our agency specializes in providing comprehensive insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Small Business, Life, and Retirement insurance. We are looking for someone who is driven by high sales and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prospecting and generating new business through leveraging existing networks, building new networks, cold calls, leads, and referrals
- Generating quotes
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

**Requirements:**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficiency in networking and lead generation
- Above average computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
- Experience with Allstate Alliance is preferred
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred

**Current Texas General Lines property & casualty license is required**
