Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of sell-side M&A transactions, including managing key aspects of the deal process.
• Prepare and deliver detailed financial analyses and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate internal and external resources during due diligence and transaction processes.
• Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company-specific research to support deal strategy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with established and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in sell-side M&A transactions.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
