**Job Summary:**We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Resort Bell Person to join our dynamic team at The Sebastian Vail. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure. As a Bell Person, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the resort’s facilities, and delivering a warm welcome that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities:** 

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
• Assist guests with luggage, delivering it to their rooms promptly and efficiently
• Valet cars
• Provide information about the resort’s amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed, ensuring a smooth process for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell stand areas
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Transport guests and their belongings to and from vehicles, guestrooms, and other areas of the resort as required
• Ensure that safety and security protocols are adhered to for the well-being of guests and staff
• Assist with special requests, such as arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, and special celebrations
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Participate in training and development programs to maintain a high level of knowledge about resort offerings and services.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality experience is a plus
• Previous experience as a Bell Person or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy luggage, as well as standing for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if driving guests is required)
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
