- Meet with homeowners and potential customers
- Inspect roofs and property to assess damage and repair needs
- Work closely with insurance companies and adjusters when required
- Assist customers in selecting materials and colors for roofing projects
- Collect payment upon job completion
- Cultivate referrals and encourage positive online reviews
