APCOM's climate controlled facility in Franklin, Tennessee, manufactures electric thermostats, pipe nipples, dip tubes, elements, and burner assemblies. The Production Team Lead (2nd Shift) position supports the department supervisor in a Lead role comprised of a department of 25+ base operators and setup operators.
Regularly Scheduled Hours: 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday; 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm CST (some OT during the week and occasional Saturdays)
Hourly Rate of Pay: $26.50/hr ($25.50/hr base plus $1.00/hr shift differential)
Bonus Opportunity: $1500
$500 at 90th day of hire, $500 at 180th day of hire, $500 at 365th day of hire
Must not be on a corrective action for attendance to qualify for bonus payments
